Can a 3 year old sleep with a duvet?
Short answer: The under-12-months guidance no longer applies. Many families wait until their child moves to a bed, then choose a toddler-sized duvet.

- Pillows, duvets and quilts are not recommended for babies under 12 months because of the risk of overheating and the head being covered.
