Free Delivery to most of UK

Delivery is free of charge to most of the UK on all products in store. For where we deliver to, see Delivery areas.

Delivery charges only apply to the postcodes below. The charge is per order: it doesn't go up with the number of items in your basket, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

• £20 - Southern Scotland: Dumfries & Galloway (DG), Edinburgh & Lothians (EH), Glasgow (G), Motherwell (ML) and Tweeddale & Borders (TD)
• £30 - Central Scotland & Scottish Highlands: Aberdeen (AB), Dundee (DD), Falkirk & Stirling (FK), Inverness (IV), Kilmarnock (KA1-KA26, KA29-KA30), Kirkwall & Caithness (KW1-KW14), Kirkcaldy (KY), Paisley & Argyll (PA1-PA19, PA21-PA40, PA50-PA59, PA79-PA80) and Perth (PH1-PH41, PH45-PH50)
• £40 - Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41)
• £70 - Northern Ireland (BT) and the Channel Islands (Guernsey GY, Jersey JE)
• £80 - Isle of Man (IM) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21-TR25)
• £265 - Isle of Arran & Great Cumbrae (KA27-KA28), Orkney (KW15-KW17) and the Small Isles (PH42-PH44)

Delivery areas

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland (excluding the Scottish Islands postcodes below), Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

We don’t deliver to:

• Republic of Ireland (please order from bedkingdom.ie)
• Scottish Islands:
• Outer Hebrides (HS1 - HS9)
• Shetland (ZE1 - ZE3)
• Isle of Bute (PA20)
• Gigha & Islay (PA41 - PA49)
• Jura, Colonsay, Mull, Iona, Tiree & Coll (PA60 - PA78)

Some products are delivered directly to you by our partner suppliers. Those products can’t be delivered to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or St Mary’s in the Isles of Scilly (TR21). If your basket contains one, checkout will tell you before you pay.

• Failed deliveries - If you do not take delivery of the product on the delivery date (or timeslot where applicable) or the delivery fails because you have not provided us with information that we need to make the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the re-delivery attempt at a cost of £54.00.

Re-arranging the delivery date

If you need to rearrange the delivery day, you can do so before 12.00pm on the day before the original delivery date otherwise it will be too late for us to make the change and you will need to pay for the rescheduled delivery at a cost of £54.00.
